They brought it up on stream. They said it's because the guns had angle up in the air because the have they go 360... They also said they may have to fix this as it wasn't intended to be so bad.

Agreed. This is possibly my most consistent ship. Slightly frustrating having to shift rudder, opening your side, just to get that other turret online.

I also free xp my way to this one and find the angles very uncomfortable, there is nothing blocking the guns so they should ve able to fire. I dont play on PC but i'm guessing it is a bug. Nice vid men keep it up!

If that's how it is supposed to play, I don't have a problem with it. It just seems like the guns are acting like they can fire bit don't actually allow you to pull the trigger

Yes I play on PC and console I have the Nürnburg in both. The firing angles are seemingly bugged as I have to show a near perfect broadside to fire which isn't a problem on the PC version. As for strategies for this ship I advise to try and kite away from enemies while firing the rear guns and turning to avoid shells. Just time your 180 with caution because one enemy salvo can send you back to port instantly.

If one team concedes all the objectives then it ends quick. I don't think they should have changed how long it takes to cap in capture the base mode, it's fairly easy to steal a win by sneaking a ship into the base now

Yes, way too short at times. Both teams will be closely matched in regards to number of ships still in play, with maybe three on either team sunk, I'm pouring fire onto an enemy, when all of a sudden the game ends. It's nice that it's a victory for my team, but I feel short changed, especially when it's the first match in that ship when I'm grinding XP to unlock an upgrade or ship.

I think it's supposed to have really poor gun coverage from those rear turrets but maybe not this bad. I watched a couple PC replays and they seemed to have those rear guns firing more forward than we are able to

The problem i have with this, isnt that it was glitched (i personally feel like it was intentionally gimped given they have said it was intended to be like that on the discord) but that it makes an already awkward ship even more awkward and likely wont be fixed until next update, so 6 weeks or so. this and the new way that caps and points work are things that should be changed quickly and why a strict 6 week period for changes isnt good in the long run.

Not gonna lie I struggled with nurnberg a bit lol. The ship that am doing so well in is kurnberg I thinks that's how you spell it. I haven't lost one battle yet in that ship averaging 60,000 to 80,000 damage. I still have 3 more slots for upgrades of the ship Nurnberg that's probably why.

I'm not too sure how gun lock works but at 4:13 you locked them. You spun around but the guns moved. Is that how it should be?

Looks like a feature of the ship it self. To help reduce turret traverse times. I'm at the teir 4 right now and I'm loving the ship so far. Was able to take out a Pensacola in 3 salvos with AP. They feel like a balance of American hard punching with Torps like Japanese. Wish I saved the video of the Pensacola fight

Yeah that is a known bug. Until it is fixed, sail into firing range, then turn around and fire on targets as you sail away. You can do a lot of good damage using this method. I have another nurnberg replay and the video talking about German shell selection has a couple more, both located in the cruiser playlist

That's what I suspect, but the anomalies with the diagram and the guns showing bright yellow instead of a darkened yellow which normally happens when a turret is blocked bring up questions

I think because its the first thing you notice about the ship. The Konigsberg would be the same if it's rear turrets were not off set

It’s not this bad on the pc version. It is limiting but the real version had better arcs then this one.

That statement is highly incorrect, someone pulled up paperwork on discord showing that all three guns would of been able to fire at 35 degree angle. That game has it set to about 60 degrees. The devs have already stated on the live stream this is a bug.

I hope it's wai, these Germans are annoying. If they survive to the late stages, their firing rate makes maneuvering in the open near impossible. And where's the citadel on these things? I can never seem to find it.

They are light cruisers up through tier 5 so they can put out a lot of damage. Citadels are hit at the broadside waterline, just need the computer to give you a little love on the RNG

Exactly my point, you need plunging angles, so late game, cruiser v cruiser, trading caps, they dominate a little too much. Up close they just slug it out and keep most of their health. Meanwhile they don't even need to citadel you to drain your hp long before you can drain theirs.
