I also started as a new grad in ICU and then switched to PACU!! PACU is the best I love my job!! I agree, ICU was great for learning but at least at my hospital, ICU nurses do not get paid more. So realizing I could get paid the same at a chill job with better hours I said “SEE YA!” 😂
