I love this channel but I want to tell you about my experience with better help. The idea is great. You pay a monthly membership and you get to meet with an online therapist once a week. However, the membership is or was $240 when I joined and my experience was that therapist wasn’t very much invested as they made about $60 per hour. He kept cancelling on my last minute. I changed my therapist and all she did was to listen for month and there was never any advice or tools I could use to help me overcome my pain. So I left and sought help at a private office. Yes I’m paying so much more but I’m also getting results

I died a few months ago. I had pneumonia that I didn't know about, plus a heart condition I didn't know about. I went to bed one night and as soon as I laid down I couldn't breathe. I called 911, told them to hurry, then my heart stopped. Hours later I woke up in the hospital with a tube down my throat. They told me my heart had stopped for 4 minutes, EMS had to break down my door, they gave me 2 rounds of CPR and epinephrine finally restarted my heart. I remember absolutely nothing, which makes me sad. I lost my only son 5 years ago, he was only 32. A large part of me died when he died. I've had multiple health issues for years, I would have gladly changed places with him. It made no sense and I longed to join him. I would listen to near death experiences and almost wanted to have one so I could see him. So here I am, trying to figure it all out. I really wish I could remember.

My 💗 goes out to you. I lost my precious 33 year old daughter 8 years ago, on March 19th. I feel your pain. I too can’t wait to see her again but I have a lot of work here first. My husband and I are helping our son in law raise their 2 children. They’re 11 and 8 years old now. They’re doing great! I have to be here to see them graduate one day, and/or get married and/or have children if they decide to because she can’t. It was extremely devastating losing her but I promised her I’d always take cate of her husband and children and that’s what I intend to do. I’m recovering from colon cancer surgery. Enjoy some food you like, treat yourself well and be gentle with your emotions. Don't judge yourself, accept the feelings and respect yourself for going through them. It's okay to have good days and bad days. I know the feeling of having to live with trauma. It's like the nightmare that never ends. But we can fight it, so it doesn't have to destroy us.
