Thank you for the information and to know that one year later the same applies to CNAs, I live in California and being an instructor was my goal from day one of nursing school, I have been a preceptor to many students Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, this was a conversation that was being had at the facility in which I am a provider about CNAs and there is a big registry company here that sends out these CNAs that you are taking about, you have really brought light to this for me from the other side of the country, I am a CPR instructor and would like to grow more, may be better for me to focus on this right now. Hopefully one day the culture of being an CNA will fix itself and go back to how it was when I was one 25 years ago, as an FNP now I always speak of my experience.
