Nurses should not be allowed to work a 16 hour shift. If she is not fit to drive, then she is not fit to administer drugs or treat patients. Where I live, the Nurses' Union forced employers to allow 12 hour shifts, so that nurses can have 4 day weekends. This is morally wrong.
