That's a really cool guitar/bass combo-sound. The guitars don't have the unapologetic grit and furious crunch that I usually prefer but the cleaner sound with that chorus-effect, with that very significant, slightly overdriven bass tone has a pretty fantastic sound. And the guitar tone really works for these licks & riffs. You get a good deal of different stuff in each song, despite them being so short. Love the vocal work, too! It's a stone's throw away from a lot of black metal stuff that I've gotten into, actually. It definitely promotes a sensation of "urgency". Whoever mixed/engineered this thing seems to have taken care in its production. This is the best dozen minutes of had all week! hehe
