Instead of letting your licences lapse, you may be able to request an intentional suspension or pause. That way it's less expensive and hassle if you ever need to use it

In my current place of work in the UK, we have the same scanning service when giving medications, ours is called Atlas We scan the medications and it registers the whole information in the system

Good day Nurse Deo, Thank you infinitely for answering my questions. You were on point.. Coming from the US and now living in Perth WA since February of this year, I have been a little anxious as I will be starting to work here as an RN soon. Your video helped put my mind at ease on some levels. Again, I thank you for all the wonderful content you have shared regarding how to transfer my RN license to Australia. Your videos were what motivated me to get my Ahpra registration, and I followed in your footsteps as i did exactly the same things and it all worked out. Within one week of obtaining my license in New Zealand, I obtained my AHPRA registration in September 2023. I have been an RN for some years now and I look forward to practicing in WA. Regarding Australian Nursing agencies, I will try to find which one of your videos covers this topic. I thought that I have watched every single one. I guess i must have missed it. I have been looking at jobs in Perth WA and hope to find a good one soon. Fingers crossed. Please do talk about real estate when you feel that you have sufficiently learned about it. Also, when possible, would you share with us more details about superannuation here.. things to avoid or definitely get... how about the financial or governmental support in place for those woth PR and desire to go back to Uni to get more knowledge as a Nurse and even specialize? @niloofarfallahpour9766 to be closer to our family in Australia and for the better life ( quality of life) without a doubt. I am thankful for my time in the US. Also, it allowed me to appreciate life in Australia even more so far. Time will tell.

The sick time off definitely benefits young and old. When you start a family in NSW, your sick leave also covers sick kids in addition to maternity and patental leave when you start a family. I hope the 20 day comes in for you 🙏🌺

I have been trying so hard to get visa 186, but it is very scarce now and hard to get. All the employers l have been getting are 482 temporary sponsorship visa. And they are mainly for age care nursing. You have to work for them for 2 years, before they will sponsor you for PR.

I would advise you to take it cos the more you delay the more things gets tougher
