I’m sure u know already. Aperitif is an Italian expression for a before dinner drink to stimulate your pallet. Lol I got that from my Italian instructor when I was in college in the dark ages. Lol enjoy it! Love the scenery!❤️❤️

I totally understand! It's interesting to pair the wines with the foods. We did sit with friends (Larry and Elaine) who don't drink alcohol at all, and I think they still enjoyed the meal. Thanks so much for your input Jackie!

She got these because she thought she had a seafood allergy. I'd say if you want to avoid the seafood, just say you have an aversion/allergy to seafood. Sara's selections were really good!!
