The Happy Little Rabbit
There once was a rabbit, so fluffy and white,
Hopping through the meadow, from morning to night.
With ears so tall and a tail so small,
He’d bounce and play and say hello to all.
“Hop, hop, hop!” went the happy little feet,
Through the fields of clover, so soft and sweet.
He’d munch on carrots, so crunchy and bright,
And nibble on lettuce till the stars shone at night.
“Oh, little rabbit, where do you go?”
“To play with my friends where the daisies grow!
We race through the hills, and jump so high,
We touch the clouds and wave to the sky!”
So if you see a rabbit, so quick and spry,
Say hello as he hops on by.
For the rabbit is cheerful, playful, and free,
A little friend to you and me!
