I would be careful on there I literally Bought two bags of baby clothes for my kids on Facebook marketplace and it was full of roaches six months later I’m still having trouble getting rid of them and I’ve paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars to exterminators This will be like the fourth or fifth time that they have came I’ll because I wanted to save money 🤷‍♀️ Could just be my state though I’m in Oklahoma it seems like absolutely everybody here has cockroaches in their house 🤷‍♀️ The amount of things I have seen on Facebook marketplace to have roaches is ridiculous

Changing table, we just did all in the pack-n-play, they even come with a little pad you put down so you don't poopy up the spot. Saved sooo much space and $!

Right. All you need in the beginning is a bassinet, clothes, diapers and wipes. Changing tables are nice to have from the beginning just because its easier to change the baby on those in my opinion.

Hello Mindy and Mom. You guys not only got a great deal but it is really nice looking furniture too. I love the change table on top. I barley changed my 3 children any where but on the change table. Just so organized and the height matters if you have a c-section bending over isn't easy. Can hardly wait to meet little baby boy. Hope Larry is doing better and pain free. We had twin boys but second hand cribs and dresser. Garage sales was the only way to go for us. Would have never guessed it wasn't new and got unique stuff. You can find the best deals with individual sellers online too.

I’ve told you before embrace every part of your pregnancy because time goes fast and you’ve wanted this so much. And don’t feel like you have to explain why you want what you want for your baby before he gets here because you’re a first time mom and you’re going to want everything for your baby and have it ready for when he arrives. It’s exciting to buy everything you want when you’re a first time mom. So embrace it Mindy and go all out…. As far as the guest bed situation goes, you could do a day bed/trundle type bed where a second twin size bed pulls out from underneath? Would be a good spot for you to lie down and rest and snuggle and feed baby on those late newborn nights too! Could also be set up cute to look like a cozy couch/sitting spot. Best of both worlds?

Look into a lovesac couch! You can make it into a bed for your guests! Also, you’ll want leather 😆 especially with kids! They grow up way too fast, and it’s horrible cleaning fabric-coming from a mom with 2 babes! Looks like so much fun! Now I’m curious if they have a roomstogo in my area!

We bought a couch in L shape and it transforms in a Full bed, very convenient when we have guests, the downside is that it doesnt recline, you can only stretch your legs on the "L" part.

We ordered the crib (mini/reg/turns into toddler bed) months ago & just arrived. Are you planning a chair..if so get a recliner to save room from an ottoman..you’ll be happy you did. 💙 💙

So glad you found furniture!! When I needed it a year ago it was hard to find stuff in stock too! Our glider is from Buy Buy Baby online. It’s a power recliner too which is so nice! Pro tip - I’d return the bedding to save the money 😬 Can only use crib sheets so unless you think you’ll use the quilt for a play mat or something they’re never used anyway. By the time they can have bedding they’re out of the crib and pretty close to 3 years old.

I am the opposite type of shopper! I completely furnished my home from Wayfair and Overstock. I was living in Mazatlan, Mexico and bought my house in Arizona sight unseen, ordered all my furniture online and went to AZ for 3 weeks for everything to be delivered to the house I'd never seen before ~ my real estate agent chose 3 houses for us and sent photos and videos to us and we went with the one she recommended. And I loved all my furniture, LOL.

They have some of my favorite cheesecake pieces! The Red Velvet, Key Lime, and Lemon meringue are definitely my go to pieces whenever I get to go. My dad loves the Banana Cream which comes with fresh Banana pieces and is so so good! Pack-n-play has an infant top, and then you take it off when they get bigger and use the bottom. Was usedul when we traveled too, cause he was used to it already, cause it was his real bed. We got a premium bottom fornit though, memory foam type that could be rolled up easily.

I work at BuyBuyBaby in Utah and it's crazy how some of the furniture is so far back ordered! Glad you found somthing there and I know your gonna love that set! Also you should double check the dates that the MyFunds expire so that you can use it 😊

And the coaches we got from Ashley that have the chase is on the end the chases are removable and you can switch them to either side of the couch so when we bought two of the coaches we end up putting to chase is on one couch and the other couch you can just have all cushions on it so you can kind of mix and match it so instead of having recliners you could just put your feet up on the chases

Not true that they don't make sleeper sofas anymore. We bought one new just a couple years ago. It doesn't recline, but it does pull out from under the cushions.

Mindy, it was funny when your mom and your were talking about the gps acting up. I thought about a road-trip I took with my mom and our gps started acting up as well and almost drove us into a swamp. I messaged my mom and she just so happened to be thinking of the same story and we are across town from each other. lol crazy!!! I used to work at the Cheesecake Factory and I didn’t enjoy the food. It was one of those things the food always smelled good as it was cooking but when I ate it, it was never up to par in my opinion. I liked the cheesecake though.
