From Teresita : I have a MSN and though interested very much in finishing my post MSN/FNP I now am interested transitioning to Hospice/Palliative nursing. One of the field that I have always felt I should have touched on during my nursing years is Oncology. Would I fit into the "Experienced Nurse Training program. ?" What are your expectattion from your hires? -lenght of stay ?
