@savb01 We have nursing assistant roles yes but in UK they are not certified nationally like in Sweden with a national board. We expect them to complete Care certificate.

Hello Carol, please I would like to know if there’s literacy and numeracy interview for nurse associate applicants? If yes please how can I have some tips ? Thanks

If you look at the application criteria it usually states that you need a level of English before you apply e.g. GCSE grade C, functional level 2 English or equivalent. Unis have different criteria so I'm unsure if any make you do literacy tests and what they would be. It would be worth asking on student nurse facebook sites if anyone has had tests before that might help. Wishing you all the best with your application. @SANDRATERESA-jb3yw

How would a foreigner get such a role?
@carolforde-johnston Жыл бұрын
Hi Joshua you would need to apply for a trainee nursing associate apprenticeship role with a UK employer. Usually you have to have healthcare experience e.g. as a support worker in the UK to apply, so you'd need to have visa to work in UK.

@@joshuaW1655 Hi Joshua you apply for a nursing associate apprenticeship role through employers. If you look on NHS jobs you will see them advertised. Best of luck.
