No before that you will have to pass Icelandic language exam and then your internship then you will get the licence to practice Nursing.

No IELTS required just get your education and degree assessed along with other documents and you will get the approval for starting the authorisation process and then you can find a residency in one of the Hospitals

Yes you can. You just have to find a employer yourself. Considering there is a shortage of healthcare workers in Iceland shouldn't be too difficult.

One of the requirements is that you provide an employment certificate from your previous employer. But there's no harm in applying, you can either write them on email or just apply and mention in the application why you don't have an employment letter from previous employer because you're a fresher.

In order to obtain a work resident permit you have to get a job so the employer sponsers you.
