With the underscrub shirt, how do you go with the infection control - nothing below the elbow rule???

In lab it’s just required to cover tattoos so anything that’s required to be sterile our professors understand that it’s a school policy- I’m not sure how it applies to the hospital because most of the staff is in long sleeves and jackets!
