Book your Appointment and visit KSNC? Here is complete guidance. Original Article has been updated several times to keep up with the change in procedures. This article is updated last on: 02.03.2021. KNSC has released daily 100 slots for First Time Registration You can book your appointment thru KSNC Registration Portal www.ksnc.karnataka.gov.in. Nurses need to create their USER ID and Password on the above Portal. Fill up online forms - Personal Information Page and Contact Information Page. Qualifications will be by KSNC staff after verifying your certificates. Nurses need not upload any documents uploading that will do by KSNC Staff free. However, you have to remit appropriate KSNC Fees before booking an appointment. Once you successfully remitted the Fees online, the system will take you automatically to Appointment Page. In case the system shows any ERROR page, dont panic, you can check the payment confirmation thru RECEIPTS links. Your APPOINTMENT link also available in the RECEIPTS section. From that page select Centre, Service etc. "Centre" means either "Counter-1" or "Counter-2". You can choose any one Counter and book the appointment from that counter, if available, hence check the availability at both counters and book accordingly. Meanwhile, KSNC is allowing only 50 slots for booking in the First Counter. "Service" means, the registration for which you are seeking an appointment. Choose from Services like, "Registration/ Renewal/ Verification/ Good standing/ NOC, etc. from the Drop down menu. For Name Spelling corrections of your KSNC Registration Certificate, or for Date of Birth Correction, no need of Appointment. Direct contact KSNC. Then Click on "Select Date", Choose your "date with blue background" from the Calendar (Date with a yellow background means all full, no slots available). Choose your time between 9.30 am to 3.00 pm (Check calander for the accurate start of booking and closing time. (Red background Time slots are already booked, and Green background Time Slots are available for booking). Click open any time slot. Book Appointment window will be displayed, Type your "KSNC Regn Certificate Number in the top blank Box", Course Type is your Nursing qualification, choose one from "ANM/ GNM/ BSC/ PBBSC/ MSC" and "Submit". You will be taken to another Pop up window on the same screen "OTP Number sent to Your Registered Mobile Number". Submit the OTP into the blank box on the screen and "Confirm Appointment". A confirmation SMS will be forwarded to the candidate's mobile phone for their record. Your Appointment Confirmation Details and ID are displayed on the screen. Take a screenshot and submit a print copy when visiting KSNC. APPLICATION PRINT containing your Personal Details, Payment details, Appointment details will be automatically generated and available in the RECEIPT Section. Please take out the print and submit to KSNC. Note-1: KSNC ask the Application Print however, it is available only if you are doing two processes in a single day - such as, Remitting KSNC Fees and taking Appointment both on the same day. Application Print won't be generated if you are remitting payment today and taking an appointment the next day or later. Note-2: In case appointment slots are full, you can check the future dates and availability and accordingly you can book your appointment. Appointment link is available in RECEIPTS section till you book your appointment. Open RECEIPTS link from the Menu Bar, and Appointment link, Payment Receipt and Application Print links will be available in the Receipt section.

Diploma certificate is issued by Karnataka State Nursing Board situated at Victoria Hospital Premises, KR Market, that is Nursing Board, issue GNM Diploma Certificate after the candidate passed out. Karnataka State Nursing Council is a different Institution, which gives Nurses permission to PRACTICE nursing (to work in hospitals as nurses) after registration with them.
