current is in mA .. i think resistance of cell comes out less than .1 ohm

For taking pictures for the readings for both A and V momentarily ,i doubt that its accurate. values could change depend on the person's reaction time. That wobbling the readings had me headache and never get the consistence readings..

the point to get to values at the same time, which depends on the shutter speed, it doesnt matter how quickly you take them

Sir, What is the value of external resistance??

It varies. by using the rheostat you can change it s that current changes.there should be a value for the maximum resistance on the rheostat and also its minimum value.
