Asslam Alaikum, I completely agree with the above but also I will remind ourselves that there is a Supreme power - Allah SWT who is controlling the heaven and the earth. In sha Allah if you get selected then go with a positive mind and learn as much as you can, any hardships come on your way will only increase your reward. Whoever can not go please don’t be depressed as some people get the reward of Hajj due to their longings. May Allah SWT make it easy for all. Ameen

Salaam brother, this question is too open ended for me to answer, as it depends on number of days, luxury, bedroom size (2-bed vs 5-bed), sharing or non-sharing, shifting/non-shifting etc. Cost was between £5k - £12k per person depending on factors like the above.

@@raiseyourdeen Yes. I try to pay with my credit card and I get the Masher Quota msg and I can not pay. I sent an email to Nusuk and they said this may be because the package is full.

@@abdulsiddiqui5250 I had this problem as well. This means the package is full and their system has not updated it properly. Even though it is in your "basket" the package is already booked out and you will need to cancel it and choose a new one. May Allah SWT make it easy for you.

@@raiseyourdeen I am applying from Canada. I managed to miss all of the packages for a variety of reasons but now there a few last minute packages through backroom deals that may come available. You should make a video on how companies can bypass the Nusuk system.

@@afzalshaikh2128 yes I’ve heard a few last minute deals are happening due to Nusuk overestimating and underestimating capacities for certain countries. Some people will also cancel or get cancelled as payments fail. Spaces will continue to be available on a spontaneous basis. Perhaps you might find a space after all brother, inshaAllah.

Your all finding it difficult to get packages and pay etc...this we experience with Motawif...yet it didnt stop at this processing...when in Mecca and Madina we had no guides!!! Putting families apart....!!Giving wrong hotels or no hotel rooms!! What can i say....absolutely disaster ....We were few in numbers too.The Arabs have a very carelessness attitudes...its business as usual for them. Spiritual journey is being lost...its commercialized now...

Lack of communication! Hurdles at every step in the package locking process. They should have options to select the Tour guide based on the number of pilgrims, options for flights! At first, Tour guide didn't have available spots...then after multiple attempts (2am, 5am, 24/7..(always checking during work, hours, cooking, cleaning, eating, sleeping) I was able to lock in a package and then..'No seats left'..oh goodness! Allah knows best when it will happen for us! May Allah make things easy for you during haj.

I've been stuck in the proceed to payment page for 5 days now! There have ben 1 or 2 sporadic packages that were released but I didn't want to risk losing the package that I have in my "basket" as there are no other packages suitable for me. There are very few twin sharing packages. I can't go into triple or quad because of my disabilities, I need to stay with my husband as I need support and assistance. At the same time I'm petrified of going to the next stage in case they take my entire life savings and then cancel my booking! This is the biggest man made disaster created by nusuk for the muslim ummah! If they're not competent why take such a sacred and important job?? Public didn't ask for Saudi to step in, we were quite happy with travel agencies with their tiny flaws! May Allah help us all

@@raiseyourdeen it doesn't say package sold out. It showed 4 seats and since Wednesday it shows 2 seats. My booking is for 2 seats. When I rang nusuk yet again they said they would send an email to ministry of hajj. I haven't heard back from them since 😭

As frustrating and upsetting as the whole process has been I just would like to point out some things in a non patronising and helpful and beneficial way InshaAllah. 1.How many of us have called out to Allah swt more in these trying and testing times hence drawn closer to him. 2.How many of us have seeked more repentance from the Almighty to forgive our sins and clear the path for us to attend Hajj. 3.Also the realisation or reminder that none of us are going to Hajj because we have the money or health rather we are going only and only with the permission of Allah. These are very humbling and inshallah benefitting thoughts to maybe ponder over and apply in our lives right now despite the uncertainty and upheaval of the process. May Allah allow us to complete the Hajj the fifth pillar of Islam in a way that is pleasing to Allah and accepted by the Almighty ameen.

After that, I monitored the system on daily basis from Fajr to Ishaa hoping to find a package and noticed that a new packages with sold-out status appeared suddenly when I hit the refresh button!!!

I just got back from Mecca. It was my first time. I spent the last 10 days of Ramadan there Alhamdulillah It was so packed and the workers/ Army in Gray, green and brown could not handle the sheer amount of people. It got real intense. multiple people said that they never witnessed that massive crowd ever before , even during the busiest Hajj season. So I can’t even imagine how busy it will be this year for hajj. I believe it was over 6 million from what I was told but who is counting. There is still construction everywhere. May Allah help all our brothers and sister make it to Hajj. Inshallah

Big problem! There’s no full description of packages. They are providing camp C and A for USA citizens but no full description of camps other than meals and distance to Jamaraat. Mostly packages are Quad but no description how quad rooms will work. Are men and women will be separate ? What other facilities will be provided on the camp ? They never reply to e- mail or questions. Look for packages almost all day but when packages release, they sold out.

You’re welcome brother. I would not recommend deleting your account as you likely won’t be able to re-register and then you will have no chance. Unfortunately the only chance we have is just to keep trying with our current accounts 🙁

Seems like anyone using NUSUK will NOT get to go hajj this year; from selecting package, paying or even if you have paid no guarantee NUSUK accepted ?what next not being able to board the plane. no hotel rooms booked? They have made going to umrah and tourist visa much easy. When they should focus more resources on Hajj which is obligatory upon Muslims. Hajj is the most important thing in a Muslims life. NUSUK website route should have waited for a few years before being launched. Many people have missed out since covid hit. They still have time to turn this around for this year. But that requires lots of hard work from their end, and if it never happened in a year what chances are it will happen anytime soon?

Wa alaikum salaam. I do not know of any way to contact Motawif, they have been disbanded as you know. If you couldn’t get a refund last year then I’m not sure what you can do. Is it for a refund for a package from last year? if you call Nusuk they would probably not help you for a refund for last years package.
