when can we activate the wallet? My profile is approved but when I want to active the ewallet, it says "Reservations have been stopped for the end of the season, we hope that our services have met your satisfaction.". Is that correct? I really want to cry because I feel that because of this platform's difficult restrictions I might miss out on my hajj AGAIN 😭

What is the difference between a shifting and non shifting package and which one is better?

Asalamu Alaykum, Thank You for your question. Shifting means you will stay in 2 different hotels in Makkah. Shifting day will start in one hotel and you will stay here for few days, then you will go to another hotel to stay there another few days. And No Shift means you will stay in 1 hotel, you don't need to move. That's why No Shift is better. If you need any further assistance do not hesitate to contact us.
