I honestly love how recent nfs have the twin turbo sound of the R34. It actually is very accurate, I mean just because the car doesn’t sound like the R34 of fast and furious it doesn’t mean that it’s automatically bad.

@@nathy2k10 I remember that to have that sound you need to convert from twin turbo to single turbo and it needed to be a HKS turbo that is no longer in production plus exhaust and other parts, so it really makes no sense to have it as stock sound.

this isn’t even a bad NFS, only 3 things people yap about - the speedcard system - hitting unrealistic bumps at high speed (when the car digs in the ground) - car meta in races that’s it! this game had the perfect 5 type of events to cycle in the game, just needs a tad bit more events! graphics are good car sounds are great and it’s a massive upgrade from 2015 edit: and i’ll even add this: best OST/Soundtrack out of all of the modern NFS games. it changes depending on what event you are doing or what part of the map you are in, as well as if it’s night or day.

Like they made the sounds more quiet and added some effects like ''clutch kick'' sound which makes the sounds more compressed. And I feel like the Exige has messed up RPM data.

The three main reasons are the storyline is wack, the upgrade system sucked and relied on RNG if you wanted to make the most of it, and the offroading was pretty bad as well, especially for how much you had to actually participate in it. Ironically the drifting in Payback has been the best drifting experience in the past 10 years of NFS
