Nutri-berries... what is it? Is it good for my parrot?

These can be crumbled up over their chopped veggies to create an interesting and very tasty mash. That is how I got my cockatiel to start eating veggies.

Do you think that is a better diet that just seeds? My cockatiel doesnt not want anything but seeds but he tried nutri berries and he enjoyed them

From what my vets says it's much better for health than seed mix and it's best to transition to feeding them a few nutri berries everyday to avoid deficencie and only feed seed mix once in a while so that they don't get fat. Excess of fat can be really bad in birds because it is stored in the liver so it can cause really bad health issues.

​@@romanesisterceau162read their website. It says every bite of the nutriberries is supplemented with the right vitamins and minerals so even if they were picky they still get the same nutrients in each bite and they're the same ingredients as pellets.

It's not a treat the website says it the owner uses it himself as a base diet and then supplements with avicakes/veggies/millet so that's what I do
