Something I would love to know is your list of favorite tasting and most healthy salad dressings. Like Caesar, the best balsamic, the most healthy and best tasting ranch.. etc

Actually… can you do a whole condiment video? Like the Mayo you showed, is that the best tasting and most healthy in your opinion? Would love to see ketchup, pesto, bbq sauce.. any and all condiments

That TULA moisturizer is the GOAT!!! My skin has essentially the same “problems” as yours and that 24-7 cream is the only thing that keeps my skin hydrated without irritating it

What’s your opinion on almond butter. (100% almonds, no oils or sugar added.) Versus the sunflower butter? Any better health benefits?
@BlairCooley3 жыл бұрын
I love all types of nut butters! The thing I look for is no added sugar - just the nut and sometimes salt! There are holistic opinions on some nuts being more inflammatory etc but we typically eat such a small amount of nut butter I never notice any adverse effects between them all! Obviously almond and sunflower are great options for peanut allergies 👍🏼

Hi I’m genuinely asking. I have no education on nutrition and I noticed from your video that the overall protein intake is low, and it doesn’t seem like you eat a lot which you did explain that you can’t during work so you pack a lot of snacks. I’ve seen other people online eat a lot and eat their lean body mass in protein daily and since you’re a future dietian I was wondering if there is a rule about how much protein one should consume? Should we worry about the amount of protein consumed and the amount of food consumed? Your video just made me wonder if it matters how much food and protein we need to eat? I hope you can answer thank you 💗

Np, great question! The recommended basic protein is .8-1.0 per kg of body weight - now that changes based on individuals needs (infections, wounds, disease states, muscle building, kidney function, etc sooo many variants - some need more, some need less) but that is the basis that we go off of from the DRI!
