Ma'am, thank you for your very informative video. I'm setting up the initial stages of a fish pickle brand, already secured Fssai licence and I have tested the product for nutritional facts, they have given the certificates listing the quanties. Still I'm confused that how i know these values are within the recommended consuming limits, could you please help me on this?

In the report that your received from food analyst It will also be mentioned that the maximum limit. And also there will be a declaration under the results as your sample complies to fssai standards. If the maximum limits are not there means. Don't worry you can get it from fssai website (there is one pdf available under regulations - food safety standards and food additive regulations - in that it is mentioned the limits for each category of food products) And if your query is on how you could understand each batch of your products are under recommended limit or not. You have to test one sample of the product from each batch. I hope it's not mandated by the authority for your business.
