Is Play sufficient for most or is Pro a necessary upgrade? Like is upgrading really just trying to have as many sounds as possible?

Just got the email from Arturia, downloaded it and installed it, WONDERFULL!!!. But I am curious why I only get 2 tracks in the Instrument volume indicator? I have noticed that with most of the instrument software that I have with one exception, UVI. I now have UVI's sonic pass, the presets show 5 channels in the instrument volume indicator, the sound difference on my Yamaha 5.1 system is obvious as I am getting sound from the rear speakers. UVI presets are obviously created in 5.1 surround stereo. Although Logic converts the 2 channel sound to 5.1, as indicated in the Master volume indicator but the sound does not have the volume depth between front and rear with Arturia presets as it does with UVI. In order to get this depth with Arturia presets I have to widen the stereo field, I use a preset from Oblivion Sound Labs called OSL Side Effects, very effective. Surround sound has been around for a long time but it appears that UVI is the only company that has mastered the art, I cannot get the same degree of sound immersion from any other product even if I widen the stereo field. I have been using Arturia products for quite some time, wonderful reproductions of some really classic synths, many of which I have never heard of. I just wish they would upgrade their presets to 5.1 surround, the default for Logic Pro. Makes a huge difference, especially when rendering in Dolby Atmos. I do hope Arturia and others such as Roland will follow suit. Let's see 5 channels in the instrument volume indicators with ALL presets in Logic Pro. What are your thoughts on this?

Arturia sucks. I had their keyboard with the software. Still have the keyboard. I woud get the rompler but not the other stuff. And the keyboard was too much money for what it is and the software sucked.
