@@aimzoi that's definitely true, In my opinion it all comes down to how mentaly "tough" they are, as insecurity really starts with you overthinking about what other people think about your body. It's time for us to start not give a damn about what others think, you only got one life, and at this point I would just question, do you really own your life ? , can you dress something that you really fancy without any insecurities, can you have your head up without trying to imagine what the person next to you are thinking about you? ( damnn how many times i used the word think)

seeing her try japanese foods makes my serotonin go 📈📈📈📈 ps. the red round things on the matcha cake are sweet red beans, or 'Adzuki beans' (in japanese: 小豆). It's actually originated in China but lots of Asian countries including Japan uses it in traditional coking. You always see them paired with matcha because the sweet beans balances out the earthy bitterness of matcha. Hope that's helped :)

Love matcha too! 😃 Those little things on top of the matcha bread loaf are atzuki beans. They are very commonly used in japanese sweets. The matcha wafers in Italy can be found in LIDL 😉 if you put them in the fridge they taste better and not dry 😉 Keep smashing 😊

I think the things on the bread is red bean. It is common in China and Japan to use it as a condiment to make dessert sweeter. Normally, we will either smash it into paste and put it inside the dim sum like steamed bun in China or Daifuku in Japan or we will put the several whole red beans on the bread or inside it. It could strengthen sweetness in different way!! I hope my explanation is not hard to comprehend. Btw, if you like the taste of Kimchi, you can try to mix rice, kimchi, veggies, meat and sunny side up together!!!! It is my favorite kimchi-related meal!!!!
