Steph - I audibly squealed when I saw this! Perfect timing as I've been catching up with your old vids over the holiday and have now watched all of them at least once. So excited for new content in 2021! I wanted to let you know that the video of you and your dad reacting to Abby Sharp (and the other haters) meant a lot to me. I'm now 40 and have been an avid runner since I was 13. I'm healthy in every sense of the word but am 5'3" and weigh less than 100 lbs. People constantly confront me saying I'm too skinny, I must have an eating disorder, I'm going to drop dead at any moment etc...some have gone so far as to say I must be starving my son because I don't eat anything myself (for the record my son is also certifiably healthy!). It's so hard to ignore all the self-righteous haters out there and I admit that negative comments eat away at me but I've slowly learned to accept love over hate, reality over perception and hope over fear. You do you and be proud of your best self! Thank you for your refreshing integrity and much love from across the pond xox
