How were you affected by Taal volcano eruption and would you still recommend investing in Nuvali even if it was affected by the eruption and may be severely affected by future eruptions?

Hello! Apologies for the delayed reply, I missed your comment. There was ash fall in the streets and roofs. Ayala Estate was able to restore the facilities asap. I would still recommend it. Property prices are still on the upswing, construction of new houses are increasing. Thank you for watching!

Hi Mbp😊 My guess is that the Ayala Mall group is still assessing the pandemic situation. They have been hit hard by the lock down causing many tenants to close. I’m sure that they will reevaluate things when a “firmer” new normal has been established. Stay tuned😊
