Beautiful ❤️it’s just so refreshing to hear someone demonstrate bass stuff and not just play some super annoying slap bass line,your playing is so meditative and really shows what a beautiful instrument the bass can be,I liked all the patches but 1,3,6 were my favourites 👌.

I’ve been playing through the previous version, the MP-2 and my only real complaint was the lack of a hardware volume control - you had to adjust volume in the app (or on your bass). Glad to see that’s been added for the MP-3.

@robj48812 жыл бұрын
Guitar presets. No! Bass 6 was truly beautiful and melodic and superbly played - had a far eastern flavour to my lugs. Bass 7 not my thing but better than guitar patches. Bass 6 was utterly sublime. The plug in headphones thing is not for me but I agree it's a nice option and a lot of creativity on tap with the app! Cheers Cici. Please do that deep demo on the Boss Bass Katana when able - thank you. R

Diggin the tuneage!! On Valium pre surgery and it was all tripping me out! You remind of prog rock groups from the 70's. You go to a concert stoned and they play for 20 minutes and you ask your friend how many songs they have played and he looks at you and says "One". 🤣😝. You would have fit right into Yes, King Crimson or ELP. Was an excellent review where you showcase the unit by playing well, not by talking. Also, dug the crackling near the end, hugely atmospheric like glaciers or metal on metal in an old abandoned factory!! Gratz again on the Andertons gig! Best Regards and Best Wishes!!! BTW, what headphones are you using? Thanks!

Impressive playing and use of effects and modulations. I must ask, given finding gear demos for bass application is hard to find, please consider doing another demo but play tunes with multiple mainstream genres. I enjoyed your video.

I like your style and sound a lot, but this is not what I need for a bass-sound 'proper'. Does it have usable bass presets, or alternatively, can have your own bass IR's added?
@JeanV1986 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the review. Showed me what I needed to know: it sounds pretty gimmicky for bass, though it may be nice for guitar.
@CiciVonStrangelove Жыл бұрын
Well, for the type of music I create on bass, it’s not gimmicky at all. But I can understand why you feel that way! Glad it helped
@SisterRose Жыл бұрын
i was excited for this but it's pretty depressing how they put on like 20 guitar amps and 3 bass amps, same as the regular one lol, no bass specific effects either. the regular one i have though is invaluable, i just lost it and am trying to find it, i take it home to my parents so I can play (relatively) silently, I got a few really good sounds for my P-Bass, but you have to do a lot of mixing and matching! The Morning Drive works well on bass

Couldn't have picked something more common and less high-end? I mean who needs these plug products? Not the pros, that's for sure.....
@CiciVonStrangelove3 ай бұрын
@@yeoldefoxeh254 High end? It’s £85, and readily available to buy pretty much anywhere. They sent this for me to try out, I liked it, I demoed it. You’d be surprised how many pros practice with headphone amps while away from home. Please don’t base the products you do or don’t buy off whether you think it makes you a pro or not, your playing is what will determine that. If you like something, get it. If you don’t, don’t get it. That’s what the pros do…
