The doors being actually weak and easy to destroy from inside is a reference to vampires, which the disassembly drones technically are. Literally any door will stop a vampire, not because of the material it's made out of, but because it's a door. If they aren't invited, vampires can't enter homes, so if you make a door out of cardboard, than that fancy piece of paper will be the thing that stops vampires. Which means that Uzi's dad actually has the right idea when he suggests to quickly build a door.

The doors were doing a great job. the issue is more stagnation as they viewed themselves as totally safe with the doors. even without weapons you could have had a fail safe if some of the doors failed. for crying out loud they had 3 doors. the people in front of it were not prepared to shut the second door and the third door could be bypassed altogether. They had zero contingencies for their first line of defense.

Every GLITCH series has had it's own vibe. Sunset Paradise was both lighthearted and funny, with it's dark undertones and goofy characters. Like a sinister face wearing a harmless mask. Meta Runner was a mystery with uncertainty, filled with fun and hope. Murder drones is edgy, dark, and does not hide it's gore and darkness, but is very self aware at the same time.

I find it best to rewatch all the episodes because the changes in character development that come at the end of each episode (and yes the relationships between characters get altered slightly by the end of most episodes) are usually blink and you'll miss it scenes so it gets a little confusing.

It seems like with every single animation or new idea, studios expect it to be this lightning in a bottle, massively popular thing to put on their networks, but they're often not- at least not within the first seasons of these shows, which are usually the roughest anyways, as far as garnering an audience goes. Some shows, like Harvey Beaks (which was made by the creator of Chowder btw) or some others, are cancelled before their first seasons for seemingly no good reason all the time because they're not as popular as their most popular show. This completely neuters creativity. I honestly think that if these studios want to bring back old properties and have it be good, they should hire fans. The recent Sonic comics are done by fans I believe, and are genuinely good at capturing the energy of the games in comic form. Chances are, fan artists will know the universe and what fans want more than these studios ever could dream of.

Finally! Also, fair warning if you don't pause a lot/rewatch, you will get lost. Accept that now. It's extremely designed for the obsessive. But if you don't try to solve the mysteries It's still fun. Confusing as hell but fun. It didn't come across that way but there is more hidden in here than vizviepops videos. @@brodieherogamer8933 heh heh heh, you thought you stumped me, didn’t you? They’re untrained neural networks. The worker drones either take one out of a neural network storage area, or they build them with their own hands. The “babies” are then uploaded with software traits from both the mother and father worker drones, and upgraded with worker drone parts as their A.I. develops and their sentience grows. The drones don’t technically have hair, so Uzi had to have taken a purple wig from one of the deceased humans or possibly took Nori’s hair after she died. (In case you haven’t gotten that far, Nori is the name of Uzi’s mother. Don’t worry, that’s not really a spoiler for anything.)

Murderdrones,while its pacing and the episodes first half dialog is pretty awkward, is great at respecting the viewers attention and tries to reward them for working out certain details themselves until they become important. The drones themselves are basically trying to mimick what they know about humans based off of their media or directive. The dissasembly drones act somewhat like secretaries or maids in the presence of each other because thats how theyre supposed to act around other humans, the original worker drones however don't really have personalities built in so they develop them over time and quite literally "play house" with the media they watch and extrapolate from, which is why they are actively saying tropes out loud to communicate what the intention is and things like a robot "being hormonal" are actively played up. These awkward conversations eventually die down as uzi becomes more actually 'self aware' in a real sense and has contact with drones who have lived quite a while longer than she has, and therefore have more developed personalities and better assumptions about how humans actually work. The awkward tropey discussions only seem to come back whenever other worker drones are present, but uzi herself stops.

Just wantvto point out, she was given full permission (including by her dad) to do what she did that lead the murder drones in so she actually never did do anything she wasn't supposed to.

Uzi's voice actor (Elsie Lovelock) also voices a character in a rather unhinged "Dating Sim" (Or Rejection Sim, as it calls itself), called Class of 09 (And it's "Sequel", Class of 09: The Re-Up), which I think you would probably enjoy. I enjoy murder drones. Though my only complaints with it is it feels like it has an identity crisis during the episodes. Especially the later ones. It feels like it wants to be a dark deep story but also a complete meme with nothing taken seriously at the same time
