hmmm let me tell you my condition i am lower middle class boy from up living in gujarat and i am 5.4 feet with 81kg wieght from my child i am over wieght so i can't say i have a healthy body i slept for 8 hours till 11th and daily life is same as genzs web surfing late night sleep moring school but in from 11th i am becoming mature slowly. I understand my family economic condition so i start studying hard . disconnect to freind, shows, social media, game and focus on study so my physical movment was very less. i started to sleep seven hrs but i am not able to do this little much then i seaarch tips about it and tried to control my deit but that not happen becasuse i love my mummy's food but controled my lust and stopped very much mastribution (every boy do this) and started some yoga or execise now i am able to do work with full potential with 6 hrs sleep thanks if you readed and like this so i know that "IF YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING TO MAKE FUTURE BRITER NOT WASTE TIME FOR OVER MOTIVATION AND COMMENT OF ANY TYPE .........................."

Greetings Sir/Ma'am Actually i want to give jee main 2024 but i am facing a lot of issues and getting different answers from different people. I have passed my 12th in 2023 but i have got compartment in maths and have not scored 75% in my 12th but now i am applying for my improvement exams in all the 5 subjectes to score 75%+ which will be held in 2024. This is not the right way to motivate kids. IIT is not the end of the world. I am an IITian, I know. I slept for 8 hours and could still crack JEE. Learn to prioritise and be more efficient. Don't sacrifice sleep and health.
