NVAR Tenant's Broker Compensation Agreement

The new Tenant's Broker Compensation Agreement for 2025 is the form listing agents of rental property and/or tenant agents use to determine the amount of compensation that will be paid to the tenant brokerage for the rental of property.
It can be used Broker to Broker or Broker to Landlord (when the owner is not listed with a professional real estate company).
Brokers must sign this form and Landlords to make it valid for any rental agreement.
