I would like some advise: i have my I-140 approved and my priority date in July 2023 and my case has been moved from USCIS to NVC. However, i have a non immigrant visa which i used to travel to the US. I was wondering if i should file for AOS since i am currently in the US or since table B showed August 2023 or wait till my priority date becomes current. Kindly advise. Thanks

I got rfe for i130 form they asked me marriage certificate I submitted it with cover letter but I forgot to include ref letter
