Hello sir please am going through a lot right now my can was send back from embassy to uscis after interview in 2022 and we appeal the case after missing the first notice to revoke then the appeal was approved 15 of July 2024 and notice of approval was send to me.please how long will it take nvc to send it back to uscis

I with my family got IV (Dv 2024). I am the principal and booked flight to travel to USA with my family (derivative or accompany) for the same date. However, with unexpected reason I (the principal) unable to catch my flight and my family travelled (arrived to U.S before me}. So, what problem will come and what I (they) should do?
