It has shown positive signs when crowded and fading large specs. Does not have enough history to complete a true back test, but COT will help identify if there is a reward/risk trade with bitcoin or ETH.

The market was up nicely until about 2 p.m. then it gave it all back. I don’t see how you could say it’s neutral. To me it’s a sign of uncertainty and weakness
