Nvidia is essentially printing money at this point. They have software margins with hardware products (their h100 is the gold standard) but the h200 and x100 are on the tail. Once they start to develop a SaaS model, since they are transitioning to software it’s feasible, basically it’s to the moon.

Most people are missing the very lucrative SaaS market that Nvidia will license any IP. The ARM market will be the one to watch with many in the process of implementing AI for mobile devices. Nvidia is ready to pounce and punish all that lobbied to kill the purchase.

@@pinbot454 sounds good. I guess I was thinking they can’t host data centers due to the computer power of all these organizations, so they need to keep selling chips. And how they can get SaaS revenue. I know they can from gaming, but sounds like ARM and other areas as noted. The thought was that they are growth 100% revenue for this calendar year, but only 10% for 2025. If it add all SaaS revenue it could again to 200 billion, etc. it also sounds like there is no slowdown and they could reach 200 billion or more in the coming years.

it is cheaper than amd, intel, tsla, appl because 1 year forward pe is 24. similar to spy and peg ratio is only 0.5

Shocked at how relatively few people seem to understand that Nvidia's stock is now LESS expensive (1-26-'24) simply because their tremendous revenue growth has far outpaced the stock's rise. Forward p/e is much lower than AMD, for example. Nvidia's Forward P/E **FALLING** (7-31-2023) 62.89 (1-26-2024) 33.96
