I don't see the humor, only a thin thread of similarity. I don't see how you don't get my point either. It's dumb to say a new invention reminds them of a movie. All future Innovations and inventions will first appear as fiction in a movie now. Imagination comes before manifestation. This leads more into me being crazy annoyed of people being afraid of AI and robots. The only reason they are is because movies depicted them going wrong. People will base their real fears and emotions off fictional movies, and I just find it all to be incredibly sad.

The disney bots are real. Those are really interesting, a disney movie artist animates all their movements, then a computer sim refines the animation to work IRL, and it's fed into the robots. That's why they move like cartoon characters
