Yeah something is definitely wrong with your tests… theres no way a 3080 ti is performing better than a 3090 ti LOL either your test is inadequate or your doing something wrong buddy LOL

@@Juan_deep Ya I reran the tests after the latest update which came a week or so after my review and its now ahead of the 3090 and performing as it should. That's the unfortunate part about reviewing stuff before its released to the public drivers are not always where they should be!

Honestly it’s not a lot of performance gain but it’s still there. The only reason I care about any of the Ti models, is because I know the next GPU will probably be about 10-15 fps more than the Ti so it’s nice to have an estimated guess.

Unless the price of nvidia cards drops dramatically, and I don't think it's going to happen, most people will be waiting for the new cards, so I don't see the point for pricy top end gpus now.

@@winstonzeb2842 that 2-4x better was hand picked. Last time they said 2-3x faster in real world it was 10-20%... I ordered the 3090ti 24gig Suprim X when it hit $1,000 couple days ago. The word of Nvidia holds no value anymore when they make claims. P.S. I hope you're happy with your gpu, it's a beast.

@@s4pslxdiary836 depends how a 4090 will be used if it's faster or not. For gaming it's not going to do much, since these 3090tis can pretty much max out game engines fps already and nothing is optimized for dlss 3 currently. It might be a bit faster when rendering or editing, but we'll have to wait for real world tests, as nvidias word isn't worth anything and they hand pick their values they announce. 3090ti suprim x pulls up too 500ish watts on benchmarks, these 4090s will be 700+, needless to say a lot of upgrades will be needed to fully use a 4000 series card and time for things to be optimized for them, by the time everything is main streamed for them, their prices will be cut in half most likely anyway.

It’s geared for people who game in 5k at 240 MHZ. I still can’t max out ray tracing with a 3090 so ill try 3090 ti and see how that goes.

The 3090 ti cant do amazing performance compared to rtx 3090 , in ultra quality and rtx on games the 3090 ti only gets 10 fps more than the 3090 , so in my opinion i would wait for the 4000 series

I'm sorry, but this power consumption is insane. I wouldn't buy it even if I could easily afford it. Even though I am mostly a PC guy, this is not a creators' dream, the Mac Studio (Max) which costs the same as this card in the market sounds like a better offer. For gaming I think (if I had the money) I would rather wait till the 40 series so that I don't manage to buy one of them than not buy this one. I wonder if your motherboard is horizontal to the ground if the weight of this card would damage the motherboard. Thanks for the video. For me this card (and the whole situation with GPU prices) has jumped the shark.

Not lhr. But it ain't worth it imo. Regular version can do 120-125 @ around 300w. This one is doing 127-130ish @ 375w. I'm sure it can get a lil higher for better tuning but so far dont seem worth it
