NVMe SSD Instalment in A1278 MacBook Pro (MBP 13-inch 2011 + 2012)

Initially just format it using external ssd connector using MacOs Extended Journaled and then put in M2 NGFF SDD converter (available online) and then inserted it in SDD SATA-III caddy and connect it with board and restart Mac and then install MaOS or use it for backup

Will this increase the speed of the mac vs installing a second ssd? 2nd SSD vs NVMe.

@@jorgevasquez4917 Yes of course, my Mac-mid 2012 pro working really fast using this M2 ssd compared to sata ssd 2.5" also I noticed the battery backup is really good now
