No it is not , look in the holy Quran, Surah Yusuf (pbuh) , the story of Hazrat Yusuf (pbuh) , why Hazrat Yaqub (pbuh) become blind because he cried too much for Yusuf , Hazart Yaqub (pbuh) could not tolerate the separation. He cried so much for Hazrat Yusuf that his eyes turned white and as the Holy Quran states: And he (Yaqub) said, "Oh, my sorrow over Yusuf," and his eyes became white from grief because of the sorrow that he suppressed. (Surah 12, Yusuf verse 84) , so mourning for the grand son of Hazrat Mohammad (Blessings of Allah be upon him and his progeny) is truly correct , the son of best human that Hazrat Mohammad says the "Al-Hasan and al-Hussain are the two masters and leaders of the youths of paradise". so the Holy Quran tells us that we can mourn for Imam Hussain Aleh Salam.
