If this guy is over 20 years old i don’t get why the state of Texas won’t or can’t extradite him for at the very minimum enticing a minor as well as harboring a run-a-way, and possibly kidnapping charges, then investigate if any kind of statutory r*pe occurred and even distributing drugs to a minor all just depending on what exactly happened… this is clearly and simply a crime/crimes involving a minor🤷‍♂️ what tf happened to DONT MESS WITH TEXAS!?!?! Sadly the laws of Texas don't help. A girl as young as 12 can legally date an older man. However intercourse that age and any age younger than 18 with an adult who is 18+ is illegal. There should be no laws allowing minors to date and adult. Its legal grooming which is abuse. Especially when they know good and well any man or woman who dates a minor has one thing in mind, to take advantage. There can be no love with someone of such huge age difference considering a minors brain isn't even developed enough. It's no surprise it's being taken so lightly

She flew to new york to ... hook up... with an adult. The nature of the hook up and the level of the adult, for that matter, is not clear, but come on. She is clearly not safe. She is a danger to herself. She is also a teen. All teens are a danger to themselves. Just an adult-shaped package of bursting hormones wrapped with animal intelligence, able to scheme and plot, yet not enough brains to see the pitfalls. Things were easier in the 80s. You really couldn't 'hook up' with someone states and states away. The best option for the girls at my local high school was the boys at one of the local colleges. Where there is a will and a want, there is a way.

I'm glad you found your daughter thank you Jesus but my grandson was 18 & TSA wouldn't allow him to board a plane from Cali or New York here. Thank God his dad had worked for South West airlines for 30 yrs & got him home. Houston is the most sorriest Airport but all my grandkids 14 & up had to have some form of I'd birth certificate social something of that nature before we could board spirit to Orlando to Disney land. Evidently dat guy purchased that ticket & posed as you her father or relative in order to board that plane at that age. Please don't let em tell thar she could board without permission or proof of her age & if it was ok for to fly by the parents. Traffickers are very slick & manipulative. Thank God she's safe sue that airport cause it's a policy all minors must be accompanied by a parent or documented by a parent. 🙏

When you do not raise your kid right, this is what happens. This girl is old enough to know better, but because she has no morals or ethics nor loyalty to her family, this is the result. This is the parent's fault for raising their child without the guidance and supervision she should have had and this is the result or their poor decisions and lack of proper upbringing by their parents. This little runaway will likely raise her kids the same way because she never learned what a family should be and what it means to be responsible and how to respect yourself.
