Putting message together is a great idea. I think some maybe worried it will be too scripted, and even the apostles were told to not rehearse, let the Holy Spirit be your guide. Christians out there, times are getting nearer and nearer each hour, each day. There is going to come a time, and its going to be soon when we will face The Author and Finisher of our faith(the Lord Jesus Christ) face to face. Are we ready for His glorious return? If we are, then are we ready to stand face to face to give our account on what we’ve done on this earth for His most Holy and precious name Jesus Christ? Do you know that every idle word we say is recorded, and we’re going to give an account on the day of Judgment? Mttw 12:36 Do you know, we’re going to be judged by our works and everything we’ve done good and bad while we were living in our earthly bodies? 2 Cor. 5:10 Christians, these are things we need to be thinking about each day! The reality of when we face our Savior Jesus Christ at the Judgment Seat should sober us up instantly. We need to ask ourselves: can I be doing more? Am I getting lazy in my faith? Am I not sharing my faith amongst my family, friends etc.? Am I having the “someone else is going to do it” attitude? At this moment right now I want you to look ahead and visualize yourself standing before the Everlasting Father(Jesus Christ) Isaiah 9:6 and ask yourself how sorrowful or how happy am I going to be when the One I lived for my whole Christian life, is judging me, and burning all the works I have ever done on this earth? Are they going to be Wood? Hay? or Stubble? Or will they be like precious stones or things that aren’t going to be burned up when He tries it by His Holy fire. How many opportunities do we actually take to preach the gospel, to help the poor, and uplift fellow brothers and sisters in His Holy name. Christians, we need to encourage each other and live how we ought to live, staying away from sin, living in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Gal. 5:16 Not letting any sin being named amongst ourselves, brothers and sisters! for we used to do those things, Amen? 1 Cor. 6:11, Col. 3:8-11 We need to turn to righteousness and live a holy life unto the Lord and not to ourselves. Please think on these things in the name of Jesus and allow them to sober you.

Hi Amir - I do think the question posed to you by Fillipinos on your 1st trip to the Fillipines "are you catholic or born again" WAS AND IS the right question to ask there in the Fillipines. Because the catholic church has such a large foot hold there and because the world generally considers catholics to be "Christians", a diffentiation should be made in those terms. At least I can appreciate the question and don't agree with you regarding "what kind of question is that?" I'm probably just splitting hairs here and I am sure in subject topic we agree. I liked this sermon, however , the parts where you are asserting that a “true” born again believer KNOWS they have eternal life, and only those who KNOW for sure are the only ones saved. It’s a stereotype to say such things and in my opinion an unnecessary stumbling block to those possibly younger in the faith. The entire book of 1st John’s purpose is to ASSURE born again believers that they HAVE and can KNOW they HAVE/POSSESS eternal life. It’s comments like these that send so many unnecessary burdens upon those that may struggle with their assurance and their position in Christ.

Jordan dawson, but how wonderful it is to know that one can KNOW that one HAS eternal life in Christ. One doesn’t have to live in uncertainty. I know what it means to be uncertain and to seek to be certain. And I have helped others to KNOW, based on the Word of God. John 5:24 is a wonderful verse for this. John wrote what he did so that people would KNOW that they have eternal life in Jesus. So many do not even KNOW that they can KNOW. It is a wonderful thing to help people KNOW that they can KNOW.

Amir assumes Hebrew to be the language of heaven ('we'll be learning Hebrew while he's drinking coffee') presumably because he believes it was the original language. That seems unlikely as at Babel 'the Lord confused the language of the whole earth' (Genesis 11:9). Whatever the former language was it was confused (lost) at that time.

I share the same interpretations except that of being born of water as the physical birth. My reading is - born of water means born of God's Word (Christ's teachings). The Apostles Peter and Paul shared the same view in 1Peter 1:23 and Ephesians 5:26.

Interesting note; faith and healing and deliverance are the proof of 2 raptures. Scripture is clear that the great trumpet of Matt 25:31, 1st Corr 15:51-54, 1st Thess 4:16-17 and Rev 11:15 sounds after the great tribulation and the asteroid hit. To believe anything else is just plain stupid. Sorry but that is the truth,, not confusion. However, 2nd Thess 1-12 tells us of 2 raptures. One is the gathering of the saints at the last trumpet AFTER the wicked one is revealed and the other is when He who lets is taken out of the way BEFORE the wicked one is revealed. He who lets is the Holy Ghost taken back into heaven to Jesus so he can return. It is his ghost and he can't come back to earth without His Holy ghost. But who is the He who restrains? Well that is the Holy Ghost filled church. These are those who pray and those who agree with the Holy Ghost to stop viruses, wars and all manner of evil. They restrain or stop the wicked from coming to full power. Satan can't succeed as long as the Holy Ghost filled church is here praying against him. But when Jesus takes back the Holy Ghost and the spirit filled sanctified church is taken out of the way then all hell will break loose. Those who can't see this simply don't understand. You from the hour of temptation that comes upon the children of disobedience, I will keep you from the hour of temptation that comes upon the children of disobedience. This is when the Holy Ghost is taken out of the way. The beast rules for the final 42 months. And the Rev 12 child is caught up 1260 days before his mother comes out of the wilderness. 1260 days is 42 old testament months. That is not a coincidence. All rapture scriptures are satisfied by 2 raptures. They are confusion with only 1 rapture no matter where you place it; pre, mid or post. The Lord Is Coming Back Soon

Ephesians 2 'we were dead in trespasses' (v5) but 'Together with Christ Jesus He also raised us up and seated us in the heavens' (v6), this is the first resurrection, our spiritual resurrection.
