One of the most important starships in interstellar history, Enterprise (NX-01), later redesignated the USS Enterprise, was the culmination of the NX Project. The NX-01 was the first NX-class starship, launched by the United Earth Starfleet in 2151.

Looks good. Wish they would reissue this kit. Never finished mine, parts are missing now and rather start fresh with a lighted build.

There are some known major fit issues with the kit and round 2 has no interest in fixing them or re-issuing the kit again.

@@brtv9909, Really, what was the issues? I never completed my 1/350 scale kit I got the nacelles put together then decided I wanted to light it up and I got the saucer section together but that was about as far as I got. On the reissuing, I heard when I was looking for replacement parts cause the saucer some how lost a couple of the dishes that fit around the edge and I was informed that Round 2 did reissue this kit for a short period of time. I never saw it but I also wasnt looking either. With the introduction of resin 3D printing and cheaper 3D scanners I am thinking about disassembling what I have and 3D scanning some of the pieces that I am short on and trying to 3D print replacements. I just dont know if I can disassemble what I have together so far considering I have been using the bottled liquid glue for years which seems to melt the plastic together for a stronger bond.

@@Milner62 warp pylons and impulse deck are issues according to modelers on starship modeler and finescale sites, as well as brit modeler. I haven't bothered to build my original issue since I'm not up to that level of headache. I'm an SSM member so I have read the frustrations of those who have built it.

@@brtv9909 wow maybe it's a good thing I never finished my build. I really like the NX class and wanted a lighted version but not if it has that many issues in those areas.

@@Milner62 Your mileage may very. It depends of your level of patience. Perhaps we'll get to see here how it goes. did you ever dry fit test the entire model to see how goes together?
