If "Transpose Face parameters" (Sitches U and V) will not be there, you would see a big Problem of this feature. It will then create 1 additional Rib from top to bottom. This problem is still on all faces which are going around 360°.

NX always tries to catch up with CATIA. CATIA has similar functionality more than 2 years. And interface coloring ... it looks like colleagues in Siemens have difficulties with new ideas in UX/UI :)
