I recently bruised my ribs during training and I have a PB tournament coming up with a truly competitive team next week and I was feeling discouraged and was wondering if I should even play. this video is full of so many truthful statements, it's insane. 'you dont grow in your comfort zone. you grow in that discomfort zone. you get stronger, harder, and more intelligent when you lose.'
