NXT-G Tutorial 1 - Your first program

The Move block takes care of that. For example, if you set the Move block to move motors A and C forward for 10 rotations, then start your program running and hold one of the motors so that it can't move (e.g. my holding a wheel that's attached to motor), you will see the other motor stop as well.

If you're talking about the LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT Software (as known as NXT-G), then either download the retail version from the link in the notes or the education version from a LEGO Education distributor. See education.lego.com for more details, but also note there's a new version of the LEGO MINDSTORMS platform now... EV3!
