Its not about level, the machine had a problem from factory, they admit it and took it back I got my money back and bought a Bosch

It's supposed to do that. The main machine doesn't move but only the tub

Washing Machine Guy 20 True ,but it bangs against the cabinet and that's the problem, it should NOT do that, I had a new asko 6884 eco 8kg range. Nothing but problems. Since asko is made in Slovenia the quality went down dramatically. The users reviews in Australia are for 50% terrible or bad. The control board unit is very cheap(indesit quality), as a result programs can delay for almost an hour. Th cheap motor can not "feel" unbalance on low rpm, let say 80 rpm it feels unbalance only @ 400 rpm. After six months of repairs (5 in total) I returned the washer and dryer(leaking) back to the retailer. The retailer told me a month later he stopped selling asko because extreme amount of complains. The retailer sold asko for more then 20 years. Pay a little bit more (300 euro more for a washer and dryer) and you have a very good miele washer and dryer. ASKO IS PASSED TENCE

Rodger Sleurink I think the problem is in leveling or made in Slovenia they don't put the proper shock absorbers. Or balance electronic system doesn't work well.
