سمندر، یک دوچرخه به رنگ‌های زرد و مشکی است. او یک دوچرخه مسابقه است و در مسابقات بزرگی شرکت می‌کند. رقبای سمندر برای خارج کردن او از دور مسابقات به هر کَلکی دست زده و تقلب می‌کنند.
سمندر دوستانی دارد که در هر اتفاقی که برایش پیش می‌آید به کمک او می‌شتابند. آنها کاملاً به دسیسه‌های دشمنان سمندر واقفند و بخاطر پیش‌بینی‌هایی که دارند می‌توانند به موقع مشکلات را از سر راه سمندر بردارند.
