Just stumble on your channel. Love it! I live within 2 hrs of Rhinebeck and have gone most years for the last 15. Unfortunately can’t go this year. I too research vendors in advance. Last year, we ended up going Sunday. I had Madder Root bags on my list. Sadly by Sunday - all sold out. Another extra popular spot is Miss Babs. My husband is a good sport and drives me each year, knows the places I like to look at, will check them out, don’t forget…. My suggestion is if you want the annual tote or any of the bags, order in advance, then you just need to pick it up. Last year I did that and others were asking me where to buy the bag - they had sold out in advance. We bring snacks and water. The lines for food are extremely long. No matter what, it’s great experiencing all the knit wear come and go - great people watching. If you go, have a great time!

Happy to find your podcast. 😀 I went to Rhinebeck last year for the first time. I did a lot of planning too. I currently have one sweater quantity still left to knit with. Wool and Folk was sure crazy and overwhelming. I’d love to go back someday, but we live pretty far away. Minnesota is my last state to visit of all 50. Maybe I’ll go to your yarn store.

I grew up in the Hudson valley. Just north of NYC. There’s also an airport called Stewart. It’s in New Windsor. Pretty close to Rheinbeck. On the western side of the Hudson.
