About the film:
Oscar®-winning documentarians Jimmy Chin and Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi (Free Solo, MVFF41) make their narrative debut with the extraordinary true story of long-distance swimmer Diana Nyad’s (Annette Bening) attempt to swim from Cuba to Florida at the age of 64, with the support of her coach and longtime friend Bonnie Stoll (Jodie Foster).
