You should mount your TV and put a gold frame around it so it can be part of the gallery wall. Ive seen this on Tiktok and thought it was so cute. Plus you can put a moving screensaver on when not watching TV. Really looks like a vibe!

The air unit is under the window, but for the corner def thinking a seat! You think a shelf may be better and help not be too clunky?

Hey Cool Kid, thanks for watching! My last apartment was through the housing lottery, I stayed there 2 years. My income increased there but they didn't verify once I got it. My rent actually increased during that time $100. This is an income based unit, not the same as the lottery system. As long as you meet the income range for the unit you can stay!
