Hello, Great tour!! I liked hearing her rating and her initial hesitation about the studio. It would be neat if you could do more video's like this. You had great questions that really helped keep the conversation going. I was going to ask about the rent which I saw someone already asked about. Do you happen to know the square footage? I really liked her place, especially the kitchen. And while the balcony was small, it still gave the space a little more room. Thanks for another great video! Have a super week.

I want to do more videos like this! It's just been harder to find folks willing to put their homes on the internet, which I understand. I'm sure as my channel grows I'll be able to expand my reach and do these more. I'm unfortunately not sure on the square footage! Thank you also for the super thanks, you have been so generous! Ill be posting a video in the next week or two of my own apartment. Going to be working on that one this week, but I got a free standing desk as part of a brand integration (yay) and the brand needs to approve the video first. Not sure how long that will take before I can get it live!

Great apartment! The white bedding and sofa makes it so light and bright. I live near DC so I especially love her Commanders sweatshirt!

Everything in her apartment being so white was another reason I did the clear box for her flowers. I was going to choose a black or white box since that's what I have, but then I thought the clear one would pop even more amongst all of the white!

I don’t understand how natural light is rated. In general, south facing windows have the best natural light. 4.8 is very high.

The chatting is annoying. I wish she’d just give a normal tour and explain where each piece/item is from. This was brutal to get thru… had to keep fast forwarding than gave up. Less chat, more tour dude!!!
